Acting as principal contractor or sub contractor Andrew James carries out the external & internal refurbishment of buildings in housing, industrial and commercial properties.

Working in partnership with building owners and local authorities as part of regeneration schemes many buildings have been transformed with external repair and coatings, new gutters and fascia, replacement or repair of windows, external cladding and roofing.

We strongly believe in resident liaison and customer care during our refurbishment projects and always appoint residential liaison officers for the duration.

We have a mass of experience in terms of structural renovations including concrete repairs, structural steelwork corrosion treatment and waterproofing solutions.

Andrew James have undertaken a number of brickwork repair and re-pointing schemes over the years and we have a strong team of tradesmen able to work in difficult and challenging environments.

Working under the CDM Regulations 2007, Andrew James offers a full comprehensive professional service from survey to completion.
