Andrew was the founder of Andrew James which started life as Andrew James Builders during 1976.
The business started life as a small carpentry and general builder which has now grown into a multi role construction services provider servicing clients across a spectrum of sectors.
Andy is a qualified carpenter & Joiner and prides himself on being a master builder. Over the years Andy has progressed his own knowledge by investing in architectural & structural training, renewable energy and Health / Safety legislation.
Andy is responsible for the business as a whole and is hands with all that we do to ensure our clients needs are met.
Andy is able to offer proactive and practicale advice to our clients ensuring that when we are engaged early within a scheme we can really help to deliver value and the best possible product

Dan is a Qualified Civil Engineer having worked for both main contractors and also sub contractors over the past 14 years as engineer through to operations director.
Working in the Civil Engineering industry in his early career years moving onto the bustling groundwork’s market, he has gained a wealth of demolition, groundwork’s and general construction knowledge which allows him to assist with the early planning and budgets of schemes.
Dan has a wealth of knowledge and training to draw from and is responsible for the development of our client’s schemes to construction and also the technical delivery of all approvals and safety related matters.
